Design and construction supervision of commercial, residential and industrial buildings — from the seven-storey TRA ITA Hotel Accommodation at Mikocheni to residential apartments at Oysterbay and the Royal Soap industrial building at Ubungo, Dar es Salaam.

Buildings and public facilities for national and local government: the Uganda High Commission in Dodoma, the rehabilitation of the TRA Regional Office in Tanga, and new bus terminals for the Nanyumbu and Mpanda councils.
